EXECUTIVE sUMMARY The Central
Parramatta Planning Committee at its meeting of “(a) That consideration of this matter be deferred to 1. Colour photo montages of all principal
elevations; 2. Two (2) dimensional colour drawings of
each of the 4 principal
elevations which clearly show the use of the colour
pallet and materials of the building. (b) Further, that the applicant be requested to further consider
enhancement of the design of the building including articulation of all elevations of the proposal.” The applicant was unable to
finalise the revised plans by As the changes relate to the
façade design, the revised plans have not been referred to the independent
planning consultant for review or re-notified to adjoining and nearby
properties. The revised façade
design is considered to be an improvement and accordingly the application is
recommend for approval. |
(a) That the Central Parramatta Planning Committee approve
the development application, for a period of three years from the date of the
Notice of Determination, subject to the conditions of consent in Attachment 2
of this report and subject to the written approval of the Minister being
provided in accordance with s.116C of the Environmental Planning and
Assessment Act if the applicant does not concur with the recommended
conditions. (b) Further that,
objectors who made submissions be advised of the decision. |
