The heritage listing includes the nursery complex (sheds, parking and garden beds) and the adjacent Federation style nursery cottage fronting Victoria Road

 

 

Council on 9 September 2010 gave approval for demolition of buildings on the site and the erection of 47 townhouses. The consent provided for the retention of the heritage building on Victoria Road

It appears that the dwelling was demolished sometime between 2000 and 2003 due to fire damage. However, there is no record of Council approval for demolition of the building

The building is in a very poor condition with readily apparent structural issues.

 

The Heritage Advisory Committee does not support saving premises in such a poor state of repair

213 -- 219 The Trongate, Granville

The building has been demolished. Council approval was given on 7 June 1999 (DA/697/1997) and 31 December 2003 (CC/795/2001) for the demolition of the existing church and the erection of a new church.

8/10 William Street, Granville

No 8 appears to be a new infill dwelling or greatly modified house. No approval appears to have been given for demolition, but on 18 February 1997 approval was given for brick veneer walls and to undertake additions and alterations.  Approval to demolish damaged parts of the property was given on 8 February 1997. The heritage inventory on the NSW website also notes that 8 William Street has been demolished

1 Willis Avenue, Guildford

Council on 15 July 2011 (DA/264/2011) gave approval for the demolition of the heritage listed dwelling house (which had suffered extensive fire damage)

The derelict heritage listed dwelling on the property has been demolished as allowed by Council approval of 8 May 2005 (DA/969/2005).  Council also resolved that as part of the next review of PLEP 1996 (Heritage and Conservation), 1 Salisbury Road, Guildford be removed from the schedule of listed items.
