REPORT OF THE TRAFFIC ENGINEERING ADVISORY GROUP MEETING

CONFIRMATION OF THE MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON 8 APRIL 2010:
That the report of the Traffic
Engineering Advisory Group meeting held on Thursday 10 June 2010 be taken as
read and be confirmed as a true record of the meeting.
BUSINESS ARISING:
The Service Manager, Traffic and
Transport tabled an email from the Representative of Greg Smith MP dated 23
April 2010 advising that the Minutes of the 8 April 2010 did not show reference
to Item B4 (Unnamed Lane off Rawson Street, Epping – Proposed Shared Zone) from
the Minutes of the 4 February 2010.
The representative for Greg Smith MP
requested an update in relation to this matter.
The Service Manager, Traffic and
Transport advised that a Tender had been completed but not presented to Council
at this point in time.
