The developments and sales will most likely be over a 10 year period subject to market conditions. Morton Street has not been included as it will be replaced with a new asset and so the net effect will be similar. The majority of the properties to be sold can be implemented without further intervention apart from the rezoning and reclassification. The  development timetable will be developed with costings and realisable values which will be the subject of a further report to Council.
