PS1/2011	The Festivalists	Access All Areas Film Festival	3,000	4,000	5,000	Received	KPI on film screenings have been achieved at Riverside Theatre and three community service providers. 460 people have attended the screenings. New marketing strategies for Year 2. Year 2 funding released.
PS21/2011	Fitted For Work	Volunteer Diversity and Development Project	9,990	9,666		Received	Volunteers have been recruited successfully. Additional effort being put into recruiting indigenous volunteers. Partnerships established. Year 2 funding released.
Community Capacity Building Fund – Social Enterprise
SE1/2011	Shortland Black (auspiced by: Telopea Church of Christ)	Shortland Black Café	10,000	10,000	10,000	Received	Changes to management team. Strong relationships being built with local services. Last bit of building work has been contracted, but not yet complete. Employment program will become all-age rather than youth focused. Year 2 funding released.
SE2/2011	African Women Cleaning Enterprise (auspiced by: Cabramatta Community Centre)	African Women Cleaning Project	10,000	10,000	10,000	Received	A number of cleaning contracts successfully obtained. A new MOU with auspice body established to clarify processes. Some issues between auspiced individual and auspicing body not yet resolved. Year 2 funding NOT released.
SE7/2011	Fitted For Work	Fitted For Work - Parramatta	9,900	9,800	10,000	Received	3 Work placements and 1 work experience conducted. Monthly In-House sales have been successful and the plan for Year 2 is to further promote these events. Year 2 funding released.
SE9/2011	Ermington Community Support Inc. (formerly auspiced by: Baptist Union of NSW)	Riverside Café	10,000	10,000		Received	Incorporation of Ermington Community Support is an achieved milestone. Finding an appropriate venue has caused significant delays. Timelines have been adjusted. Year 2 funding released.

Arts Professional Practice Fund
AP1/2011	Sunnyfield Independence	Alchemy: The art of taking base metals and turning it into gold	13,732	17,539		Received	Art projects have been progressing well and works created displayed. Extension sought and approved for last creative process of Year 1. Year 2 funding released.
AP3/2011	Parramatta Clay & Arts Incorporated	Equipping The Studio	20,000	20,000		Received	Equipment purchases have been delayed due to delays in Council approving building works. An extension has been given for the purchases. Despite this, the project activities are progressing well and Year 2 workshops are all planned. Year 2 funding released.
