Parramatta ‘Harmonisation’ Development Control Plan 2023 – Key Changes in Flooding Controls – Attachment 1 circulated via email.

Description |
Senior Project Officer presented an update of the 5 Parramatta ‘Harmonisation’ DCP 2023 – Key Changes in Flooding Controls to the Committee.
Main points of discussion:
a) Question “Are there any harmonised requirements to limit post-developed site runoff to pre-development flowrate” was taken on notice from 29 September 2022 meeting was addressed. See slide 12 of Attachment 1.
b) Shelter in place control.
c) Invited Committee members to make a submission on the draft ‘Harmonisation’ Parramatta Development Control Plan 2023, which close on 1 May 2023. https://participate.cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au/harmonisation-dcp

Description |
Supervisor Catchment Management officer presented the Draft Parramatta River Flood Study Mapping Results.
Fiona Coe complimented and provided high praise on the presentation and the study moving forward and close to completion.
