4	Confirmation of Minutes
Outcome	The Minutes of the previous Policy Review Committee meeting, held on 5 May 2022, were resolved by Councillors Prociv and Garrard and CARRIED.
5	Policies for Review
5.1	Code of Conduct
Description	The Committee reviewed the draft Code of Conduct and provided feedback on the proposed changes.
Outcome	· The Committee requested for Council officers to add further requirements for reporting volunteer work that relates to the business of Council to section 5.24 (c), as part of secondary employment provisions. · The Committee supported the draft Code of Conduct to be put to Council for approval.
6	Update on Council’s Policy Framework
Description	The Committee received an update from the Chief Executive Officer on the progress of Council’s review of the Policy Framework.
Outcome	· The Committee noted the Policy Framework will be included on the Agenda for discussion at the next Committee meeting. · The Committee requested to be provided with the materials for consideration in advance.
7	The next Policy Review Committee meeting will be held on 30 August 2022.
