Description & Outcomes	The Committee discussed the following policies: 5.1    DRAFT Code of Meeting Practice          The Committee reviewed the draft Code of Meeting Practice and provided feedback on the proposed changes. Outcome: The draft Code of Meeting Practice will be reported to Council at its meeting of 26 April for approval to place on public exhibition.
6	General Business
Description	The following documents were tabled: 1. Draft Council report: Council Policy vs Operational Policy (currently scheduled for the 26 April Council Meeting); 2. Draft Procedure for Policy Development; and 3. Policy Review Program.
Outcome	The Committee agreed to review the documents provided, noting that they will be included on the agenda for discussion at the next Policy Review Committee Meeting.
7	It is noted that meetings are scheduled to be held monthly.  The next meeting date of the Committee will be confirmed shortly.
