The panel adopted the assessment officer’s recommendation as outlined in the assessment report to

approve the proposal subject to the recommended conditions of consent with the following

amendments:

1. Condition 10A to be inserted.

“10A. Details are to be provided prior to the release of the Construction Certificate of a backup

generator to be installed to service the lift during a power failure. “

2. Condition 27 to be modified by adding the following additional sentence after the sixth bullet

point:

“27. A copy of the above plan is to be made available by mail to all those that made a

submission by the applicant.”
