(b)      That the proposed future actions identified in clauses 15 and 16 be approved. (c)       Further, that a report be presented to Council once all the proposed future actions are completed.

RESOLVED (Finn/Wearne) (a) That action be taken to acquire 38 Marion Street, Parramatta more formally known as Lot 9 in Deposited Plan 906071. (b) That the proposed future action identified in clause 15 be approved. (c) That the Lord Mayor and General Manager be authorised to execute under seal the contract for sale, transfer and any other necessary relevant documents relating to this purchase. (d) That a report be presented to Council once all the proposed future actions are completed. (e) Further, that a report be obtained from the NSW Heritage Office on the heritage value of the property.
