Hugh Andrew requested that it be
noted that he attended the PTC & TEAG meetings on 6 April, 2009.

Traffic Committee meeting held on Monday,
6 April 2009 be taken as read and be confirmed as a true record of the
meeting with the exception that Hugh Andrew attended the meeting.
